At Yarn Bits and Bobs, LLC, we have a 60 day return policy.  What this means is you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags and in its original packaging along with the receipt.  Yarn must be in its original condition with labels intact, unwound and clean. 
Classes are refundable up until 5 days prior to the start date of class.
All refunds are given as store credit.

If you are sending the item back instead of coming to the store, please contact us at julie@yarnbitsandbobs.com with a note describing the reason for the return.  Shipping costs are non refundable.

Non-returnable items include hanks of yarn that have been wound, custom products such as special orders, sale items, patterns and gift cards.
